CERVELO S5 AERODYNAMIC BIKE
When we refer to perfection we are talking about excellence in all-rounder, this Cervelo is an example. The Cervelo S5 is an aerodynamic bike which its significant feature is speed. It also consists of the mighty Cervelo S5 disc which gives that lightweight and easy handling. This model supersedes the previous model with Shimano Dura-Ace 9000 chainset and brake levelers, HED Jet 6 Plus SCT wheelset for a soothing ride.
The shifting geometries at the derailleurs have changed too, for easier combination. And the newly placed dual-pivot brakes have great comfort and are easier to set up with wide-rimmed wheels. The Cervelo matched a wider fork, which can fit 25mm tires.
THE SPECIAL CERVELO DISK FRAME
The frame is also 100g lighter than the old version. The Cervelo company utilities different element analyses to get top efficiency in the frame. This in turn improved handling and stability while riding. This development system was also used in the fork and seat post system to achieve a similar result.
This upgrade in the frame was to improve stiffness and achieve even greater performance on the wheels. This in turn made the bike even better aerodynamic.
THE REVISED BRAKESET AND LEVELERS
Made with the finest types of brake set, the Shimano Dura-Ace BR-9000 is uniquely made, unlike the previous models. With this new change on the rim brakes around a 23mm tires. With the improved model, change is inevitable and significant with the disc brakes taking over, which in turn has allowed tires to go wider for more confident stamina while at great speed.
Endowed with the Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 9070 brake levers you are certain of a good braking system even at a carving corner. This brake gives you more precision, more compatibility for good braking and shifting.
HED JET 6 PLUS SCT WHEELSET
The 35mm deep and wide wheel system having a 97.5 wheelbase is one of the best wheeling systems which accommodates the DT Swiss PRC 1450 carbon wheels which are perfect for urban cycling also giving you balance while you thrust with speed on that trail. The wheel is made of hardcore material that endures tarmac grounds and rugged trails with no compromise. Unlike the regular wheelset, the Cervelo wheelset is stiff and stable in the uncertain weathers and areas.
This wheelset feature a 25mm wide rim bed, 60mm deep clincher rims, and aluminum braking surfaces, Conti’ Grand Prix racing tires, with 180tpi casing and 23mm width work well with the rims.
